What once started as DMs talking about scallion pancakes and astrology, turned into a budding friendship around entrepreneurship, technology, and lighting a fire to build a beautiful life.

Nathaniel and Diana met amongst the Bay Area techies and instantly fell in love with each other's character. They both grew up mixed race — Ashkenazi Jewish & Shanghainese (Diana) and Irish-German & Taiwanese (Nathaniel). They bonded over stories of trips to Asia during their upbringing, navigating the SF tech scene, and their adventurous approach to life. It was pretty clear from the start, that these two were destined to be together.

For Nathaniel, he knew that he would marry Diana after the first date, although Diana believes that he knew before they even met. Diana knew that they would marry after visiting Shanghai, her favorite city in the world. Since then, they have started companies together, traveled the world, and are constantly eating Nathaniel's delicious dishes.

Their love shines through in their actions and how they take care of one another. Their kindness and thoughtfulness touches their loved ones as much as they care for each other. They can't wait to embark on their new journey of a life together, and fully believe that anything is possible.
